The Lamp Lighting Ceremony was celebrated in a grand and solemn manner on 22 December 2025 at 11.00 a.m. in the ST Medical College Auditorium, in the esteemed presence of parents, management members, faculty, and students. The ceremony marked the formal initiation of nursing students into the noble profession of nursing, symbolizing light, knowledge, compassion, and selfless service as inspired by Florence Nightingale.

The programme was graced by the Chief Guest, Dr. Margret, Principal, Nehru College of Nursing, Vallioor, whose presence added great value and dignity to the occasion. The function was further honoured by the presence of Mr. Murugesan, Chairman, ST Group of Institutions, and Mr. Subramani, Director, ST Group of Institutions. The Inaugural Address was delivered by Mr.Ratna prakash , who highlighted the importance of dedication and discipline in professional education.
